Needle in a Haystack

In the context of life, you are the needle, and God is the microscope. Of course God is a mighty God, but yet He is the only one that can zoom into the galaxy you are in, and keep on zooming in until you are isolated with Him.

If something extremely tiny falls in a large space, you would probably give up on the mere thought of searching for that thing, especially if the space is not organized. If you’ve seen a haystack before, you know that finding a needle in it is practically impossible.

Standard stadiums are known to be very crowded and it is very easy to loose a person or to even get lost yourself. Now, imagine a whole state, a continent, the whole world, our galaxy.

It’s almost as though we are in a heap of multiple haystacks, all clustered together and you are a needle. Only a microscope can adequately find the needle. And it would take a lot of effort to find that needle.

In the context of life, you are the needle, and God is the microscope. Of course God is a mighty God, but yet He is the only one that can zoom into the galaxy you are in, and keep on zooming in until you are isolated with Him.

Then He decides who He wants you to be, and He equips you to be exactly that. He calls you out of the haystack and gives you an identity and loads you with gifts. And then throws you back into the haystack for you to be the one that sticks out of the regular.

Our next series starts this Sunday, “The called and The gifted”. Come and find out the gifts that God has given you and what He has called you to do with them.
